Amy Ray, LCSW

Amy has over 18 years of experience working with middle school aged children, teens, and adults. Her dedication to therapy comes from a passion for people, creating a space for every individual who feels they need to be heard. She has spent her career working with tweens and teens helping them navigate issues surrounding depression, anxiety, anger, school performance and behavioral issues related to ADD and ADHD. She is passionate about helping individuals and families move through difficult life transitions and conflict. Amy has expertise in Solutions Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness training.

When you meet Amy, you will find she is an attentive listener, a truly calming presence. She is without judgement, full of compassion. Amy is there to walk alongside you, helping you look for the strengths within yourself to make your way through those difficult situations. 

Outside of her practice, Amy loves spending time with her loved ones, husband and two teenagers. Together she loves getting outside and exploring new places.
