Beth Rust, LMSW

Beth is a licensed master social worker with a wealth of experience. She grew up in Massachusetts, lived in Colorado, and has now called Nashville home for the past decade. Beth works with depression and anxiety closely, utilizing practiced coping skills. She is excellent working with clients through unexpected transitions, including but not limited to chronic illness, divorce, or death. Through her transition work, she helps clients process and explore what is needed and help manifest desired outcomes.

Beth approaches counseling through empowerment, encouraging others to make choices that may at one time seem scary or even impossible. Confronting and overcoming obstacles are a part of life, and Beth is able to meet you there, helping you through those choices that may be holding you back from living the life you want to live.

When you meet Beth in session, you will find an active listener with a passion for understanding. She has a sense of realism that makes you feel safe and at ease. She is able to create a space of acceptance and understanding as you learn to love and accept yourself just as you are.
